As a locally owned, family-operated company, our values shape every project we undertake. As a husband and father, I understand that a home is where families gather, traditions begin, and memories are made. The same care, integrity, and pride I bring to my own family are reflected in every home we build.
Custom Homes Built in Medford
Built for the way you actually live. Every decision on your home gets made with you, not for you. We design, permit, frame, and finish homes in Southwest Oregon that hold their value, hold their temperature, and reflect exactly how your household works.
Sanders Homes Builds Every Phase From Ground to Finish
Sanders Homes designs and builds fully custom homes throughout Medford and the Rogue Valley. From site evaluation and permitting to framing, high-performance construction, and final finishes, we manage every phase of the build under one roof. We don't use stock floor plans. Every home is designed around your lot, your lifestyle, and your goals. CCB #229628 • Phius Certified Builder.
Phius Certification Sets Our Builds Apart From Code Minimum
Build a home that performs beyond code minimums. As a Phius Certified Builder, Sanders Homes creates airtight, energy-efficient homes that deliver lower utility costs, healthier indoor air, and year-round comfort.

We don't treat high-performance construction as an upgrade. We make it the standard. Every home is built using proven building science principles and verified for lasting efficiency, durability, and comfort. The same approach powers our energy retrofit services for existing homes across the Rogue Valley.
Our New Construction Process From Consultation to Handover
Initial Consultation and Site Review
We start with a conversation about how you live, what you want, and where you're building. If you have a lot, we walk it. If you're still looking, we talk through what works in the Rogue Valley. No commitment required to have that first conversation.
Design Development and Permit Drawings
We work with your design intent to produce construction drawings that meet Jackson County permitting requirements. We handle the permit submission and coordinate any required engineering; you don't chase paperwork. The timeline for permit approval varies by jurisdiction, but we set realistic expectations upfront.
Site Work, Foundation, and Framing
Ground prep, utilities rough-in, and foundation work come first. Once the slab or crawlspace is set, framing begins. This is where the home takes shape fastest and where our Phius air-sealing and insulation approach gets built into the structure, not added at the end.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Finishes
Rough mechanicals go in after framing inspection. Then insulation verification, drywall, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and fixture installation. We coordinate all trades and hold the schedule. You'll have consistent access to us throughout, not a project manager you've never met.
Final Inspection, Testing, and Handover
Before we hand over the keys, we conduct a blower door test to confirm the building performs to PHIUS targets. Final inspection, punch list walkthrough with you, and a full orientation to your home's mechanical systems. We're available after handover; we build here, and we stand behind our work.
Every build is different, but the process is predictable; that's intentional.
